Our world changes daily, usually only slightly, but in the past year we have had to adapt to truly disruptive transformations in our daily lives and deal with unprecedented unpredictability and constraint even here in our lucky corner of the world.

But we know that it is in moments like these that we can find new ways to be strong, to shine, to grow, to step forward, and become truly our best.

With Covid-19 in mind, we will keep our practice constantly updated concerning safety measures.

Fully aware of how important human contact, healthy relationships and outdoors are to wellbeing, we want to promote creative social contact.

In all this uncertainty, we will continue offering a site of serenity, health, and joyful personal and professional development.

We hope to bring value to our community.

Adapting to these strange times creatively, we do our part and embrace what is happening, working to bring out a constructive, innovative narrative.

SYSTEMIC WORK

Two friends, Gigi and Tony, meet at the village bar for a drink on a warm day in June. Leo joins them and tells them he inherited a field of alfalfa he doesn’t want to deal with. The three finally decide the field will go to Tony or Gigi, but how should they decide to whom?


One of bar’s patrons suggests holding a contest: each will mow half of the field; the first to finish gets the land.


The next morning at dawn, the two begin preparing excitedly for the task.


Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh! Gigi feels unbeatable with the scythe and mows relentlessly. Swoosh, swoosh, and swoosh! He keeps a steady pace, not even stopping to wipe the sweat from his brow.

In the distance, he hears the sound of Tony's scythe. Swoosh, swoosh, swoosh, swathing quickly but stopping occasionally. Gigi, head down, proud of himself and his energy, arms now heavy, goes on, swoosh, swoosh, and swoosh, swoosh, now certain of victory.

Shouts of jubilation and laughter break out suddenly in the distance. A child sent by the spectators runs towards him. Tony has finished! 


Incredulous, Gigi walks over to the group celebrating Tony's victory. He congratulates his friend, drains a mug of water, and after refreshing himself, finally asks: “Tony! How did you do it? I saw you stopping and I thought you were wasting time while I kept going on!”

“Dear friend,” Toni replies, pulling a whetstone from his pocket, “your sight is good. I did stop, but what you didn’t see is that I only stopped to sharpen my scythe.”

Alice Ginger Zagato

Is a professional coach and complementary therapist trained in Vipassana mindfulness meditation since childhood.

She has been working on the relationship between body, health, emotions and behavior, developing individual strategies for her clients for over fifteen years now.

After attending General Biology at the University of Milano, she started her career as a Shiatsu IRTE therapist, which was later enhanced by specializing in Chinese Medicine with internships in Kunming, Harbin, and Hainan.

Further studies in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and Coaching led to her certification as an NLP master and Systemic Coach.

She works and lives in Switzerland cultivating her passions for the Alps and the theater.

EMOTIONS ARE OUR COMPASS - WE SHAPE OUR EMOTIONS

Emotions are signals: they say something relevant is happening to us.


Emotions are systemic, existing on different planes at the same time: on the physiological level, but also on our assumption of what reality means.​

Emotions, feelings and moods are sometimes indefinable, yet they determine the quality of our life. 

Emotions, feelings, moods can translate into hunches and impulses, driving us to act on decisions or search for alternatives.

Emotions are crucial to any choice we make, any decision we take, behaviour we adopt.

Being aware of how we feel is the first step in transforming wishes into actionable objectives, reactions into purposeful actions

Developing an awareness of our emotions and how we produce them, enables us to manage our thoughts and feelings and to make important relationships flourish.

Action and Emotion framework is based on a lifelong and ongoing research into

empirical traditions and scientific evidence.

Curiosity and experimentation have enabled us to retain those proven to work and discard the others that failed to bring applicable results.

ACTION AND EMOTION framework gives you practical tools to improve the ways you observe your emotions, explore how they arise, assume accountability for them. Only then can you decide when and how to tune them.

Creativity remains one of the most thrilling and mysterious of human capabilities. 

Not just the elusive gift of artists and geniuses, it’s a fundamental skill we can use everyday to solve small and big problems. There’s more to it than that, however. 

Creativity is ingredient to a fulfilling life, the hunger for curiosity, novelty and insight made concrete.

It breaks old habits and transmits ideas.

It can solve conflicts, create new ways of living, and especially, entertain. 

Creativity is what develops our professional and private relationships. 

It’s the next step in our business and career, it’s how we connect to our partner and children.

Through Action and Emotion, participants are invited to develop their curiosity and explore in mind and body how emotions form and how emotional states affect their choices in professional relationships, their surroundings, and the quality of their lives in general.

The aim is to develop and expand creativity using an outdoor practice. The goal is to provide participants with the basics to explore and understand how they access their creativity

and the role it plays in their lives.

Here you will be guided through Self Shiatsu, proprioception and interoception, audio and video exercises to keep you healthy, focused, energetic, and relaxed.


Shiatsu is simplistically considered physical therapy.

Yet it has much more to offer. 

Rooted in Taoist and Buddhist practical philosophy, it offers a vast range of good-life-practices for the achievement of physical, mental, and emotional well-being through mindful self-observation and exercises in movement. 

You can sign up for individual lessons or participate in free group exercises.
